WHEN WILL ONGOEAZY SEND ME THE CONFIRMATION VOUCHER FOR MY HOTEL BOOKINGS?
As soon as you make a booking on OnGoEazy, we send a confirmation email to you. With this, you will receive a booking reference ID, and your e-vouchers are allotted to you accordingly at the earliest (within 24- 48 hours). The email confirmation sent across by our team is formal communication to inform you that our team is processing your booking.
DOES ONGOEAZY ALLOW ADDING NEW PASSENGERS TO AN ALREADY MADE HOTEL BOOKING?
We can add a guest to your existing hotel booking if the hotel/ property has the availability of a room or extra bedding. For this, we charge our service fee along with the tariff difference. To request the same, please reach out to us at 0204-529-2299 or write to us at info@ongoeazy.com. Otherwise, making a new booking with us also resolves the same purpose.
THE HOTEL BOOKED BY ME IS CHARGING AN AMOUNT HIGHER THAN THE TARIFF MENTIONED ON MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION. WHAT CAN I DO?
A few hotels may charge an additional resort or hotel fee to the tariff already paid. Additionally, a few countries have a tax that is levied by the government that you are required to pay at the time of checkout. Barring these two charges, hotels must honour the amount quoted during reservation. To avoid any confusions, you must carry a printed copy of your e-voucher as proof and request them to rectify any additional cost.
I WANT TO CANCEL THE HOTEL BOOKINGS MADE ON ONGOEAZY. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you want to cancel the hotel booking you made with us, you should raise a request to us at our 0204-529-2299 or write to us at info@ongoeazy.com. Our travel executives will process your cancellation request at an admin fee of up to £35 adding to the hotel cancellation fee as per their policy.
I MADE AN ONLINE HOTEL BOOKING. AM I REQUIRED TO PAY IMMEDIATELY?
Online bookings require your credit/ debit card to process the booking. The quoted amount for making the booking is debited from your account which is inclusive of all taxes & fees and the tariff.
HOW WILL YOU HELP ME IF I FACE ANY ISSUES DURING CHECK-IN?
We recommend that you carry a printout of the email confirmation that you receive from us. In case the hotel has been overbooked, but you have a confirmed reservation, you should contact us on our customer care details (0204-529-2299), and our travel executives will provide you with the best-offered solution. Every hotel is under an obligation to facilitate you with another property at a comparable price and also provide you free transfers till there.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING DATES? IF YES, HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Our travel executives will be more than happy to assist you with any date, type of room changes. To request the same, you may call our Customer Care at 0204-529-2299. However, we cannot guarantee if the hotel will honour the changes as it is up to their discretion and policies. We reach out to them request change on your behalf. For this, we levy a service fee.
IS MY BEDDING TYPE CONFIRMED?
Any requests made for the type of preferences are on first-cum-first-serve basis. These include - bedding type, smoking / non-smoking room, late/ early check-in. Most of the hotels do honour the customer's request, however, some may not be able to due to unavailability. In such cases, OnGoEazy does not hold any guarantee that your request is confirmed.
IS MY PET ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL BOOKED BY ME?
All the hotels follow their policies when it comes to allowance of pets. So, OnGoEazy suggests that you reach out directly to the hotel and confirm their pet policy. No hotel entertains a pet if they are not informed about it prior to your visit. You can read this in detail on our Terms & Conditions page.
I REACHED OUT TO THE HOTEL I BOOKED ON ONGOEAZY BUT THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION YET. WHAT TO DO?
As a policy, we protect the information of our customers and you can read about it in our Privacy Policy. So under the same, we share the details of your booking with the hotel 72-hours prior to your date of visit. Before that, our team confirms your check-in details at the hotel and follow up in case of any discrepancies.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ONLINE CHECK-IN?
Online check-in is the process of confirming online your presence on the flight that you have booked. It also involves boarding pass printing by you at your own convenience. This process helps you in avoiding long queues at the airport and you will only have to drop-in your baggage at a specific area, after which you can proceed to the security gates. Usually, the online check-in process begins 24-48 hours before the flight the departure time and is open until 1-2 hours prior to the take-off time. You can check out the respective airline's check-in policy for any further details about the same.
HOW TO PLACE A REQUEST FOR SELECTING SPECIAL SEATS ONBOARD?
Inform us regarding your preference for booking the window or an aisle seat. Certain airlines allow you to select your own seats via the online check-in. In some cases, we may book your seat via us. However, this option may not be available for all the routes, and you may be asked to pay extra charges to do the same, especially if you are travelling through a low-cost airline.

HOW TO CHECK THAT MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
After we complete the booking process, you will receive an email from our end that includes all the details and status of your booking. It specifies whether your booking is confirmed, in-progress, or has been cancelled/declined. Usually, if the booking has been cancelled or declined it is due to the failure of the payment or issue with the transaction.
WHEN DO WE ISSUE THE E-TICKET/PAPER TICKET?
It takes 4 days to issue your e-ticket/paper ticket starting from the date of booking confirmation. In case your flight departure is within seven days from the booking confirmation date, you are most likely to receive your tickets within 24-hours.
Please Note: At certain instances, there may be unplanned security checks in line with the assurance of providing you with a 100% safe transaction. So, we may check the process of the transaction before issuing your tickets which may cause further delay. In such a scenario, we will inform you about the same via an email if the transaction has failed the security checks.
HOW TO CHECK THE VALIDITY OF YOUR PASSPORT?
Your passport ought to be valid for a minimum of six months after the return dates of your travel. For any travels to the US, you must carry a machine-readable passport and also check in advance if the destination country requires for you to carry a visa for the journey.
WHAT IS THE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE FOR THE FLIGHTS?
Baggage allowances are pre-decided limit by the particular airline on the capacity of baggage and the number of bags that an individual passenger is authorized to carry. The limits keep on differing from airline to airline, and in sometimes, on the booking fares.
Please Note: Specific weight limit or free baggage exclusion for most of the restricted fares. For the bookings made online, you must check with the baggage-allowance of that particular airline.
HOW WILL I ACCESS MY BAGGAGE AFTER REACHING THE FINAL DESTINATION?
In case you have a booking involving connecting flights, your baggage will be directly sent to the final destination of your travel. But if you are travelling to Canada or the US which is not within the US or Canada, you should collect your baggage at the first point of entry. Once there, you will have to check-in the baggage again at the transit airport. If you have connecting flights booked on separate tickets, you might not receive your baggage at your final destination. For connecting flights that are run by low-cost carriers, your baggage claim will happen at every airport and you will have to check-in your baggage every time you move for the next flight.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF 'LOST BAGGAGE' OR 'DELAYED BAGGAGE'?
Wherever the baggage is delayed by the airline, they are allotted 21 days to find it and return it back. In the meanwhile, the airline covers the emergency expenditure that might incur because of the unavailability of the belongings. In case the airline is unable to find the baggage within the stipulated time, it would be deemed as 'lost baggage'. You can claim for compensation in that case.
Usually, airline asks you to list down the missing items. When required, produce as many receipts in original to ensure easy processing. File a claim for the missing luggage at the airport desk or send them an email on their official email address for the claim.
HOW TO ADD EXCESS BAGGAGE TO THE BOOKING MADE?
In case you are flying with more than permissible baggage, we will assist you with it by handling your baggage request in case you are flying with our associated airlines. In such a case, the airline may charge an additional amount depending upon the weight/quantity of additional baggage.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY FLIGHT?
If there are some changes in your travel plan, we will provide you with a suitable alternative. But prior to making any changes to the booking, we will check that your ticket allows changes. Any changes that involve rescheduling the date or any route modifications are subjected to the conditions set by the airline. Usually, the budget-airlines do not allow changes on the bookings.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE BOOKING CHANGES?
In the case that the airline permits changes, you will be required to pay fare difference between the new and old bookings. This may also include a penalty fee. Further, we will also charge administrative charges related to it.
