Price Match Policy

When you book a flight with OnGoEazy, we want to assure you that you have found a great deal with us. So if you find an airfare inclusive of taxes and fees lower than our offered price for the same flight itinerary, we will match the price. We check if the comparative itinerary is available for booking and price difference. Once confirmed, we refund you the difference in the price, or if you wish to cancel your booking with us for a full refund, we will be happy to assist you with that.

What is the same itinerary according to OnGoEazy?

We consider an itinerary the same if every element of our offered itinerary matches with the comparative. It includes airline(s), flight number(s), itinerary, date(s), number of passengers, and the type of seat booked.

What does an 'offered and available for booking' itinerary mean according to OnGoEazy?

When we say offered and available we mean that the itinerary you found is active on a Major OTA website. It also must be available for booking by the general public when you contact us. When you do, it is at our customer service representatives' discretion to decide whether the claim is authentic.

I want to invoke the PMP clause. What is the process for it?

If you want to invoke the PMP, you must contact us at info@ongoeazy.com. When you connect with us, please share your booking number and the key details of the lower priced itinerary. The key elements include the airline(s), flight(s), itinerary, date(s), number of passengers, and seat type. With this, you must share the exact URL or screenshots of the bookable itinerary. Then our customer service representatives verify that the said itinerary satisfies the terms and conditions of the Price Match Policy. The agent must be able to find the lower fare from the information provided. OnGoEazy reserves the right to deny the claims that are not reasonably verified, or do not provide complete information. After verification, you may continue with our itinerary with a refund difference or cancel your booking with us for a full refund after deducting the service fee.

What are the exceptions applicable to the PMP?

The PMP does not apply to membership program websites fares, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention; or fares available after using a coupon discount or a promotion not available for the general public. Military, student, government, tour operator, bulk airfares are excluded. The PMP does not apply to fare errors.
